Frequently asked questions
What types of content can I submit?
You can submit a variety of content types including articles, essays, poetry, and other publication-ready works. When starting a submission, you will be prompted to choose the content type best describing your work.
How do I submit my work?
To submit, log in and fill out the submission form under the Submit menu. Follow the on-screen steps to add your content, upload images if required, and enter publication-related details. You can save drafts and return later before final submission.
What is the review process?
After submission, your work enters the review queue. Editors or assigned reviewers will evaluate it for quality, relevance, and adherence to guidelines. You may receive feedback and requests for revision. Once approved, your content is moved to ready-to-publish and then scheduled for publication.
How will I know the status of my submission?
You can track your submission status through your dashboard. Stages include Draft, Submitted, In Review, Needs Revision, Accepted, and Published. Email notifications may also be sent regarding major updates or required actions.
Are there submission deadlines?
Submission deadlines may vary depending on the call for submissions or publication cycle. Check the submission page or announcements for current deadlines. Drafts can be saved any time, but final submission must occur before the stated cutoff.
What happens if revisions are requested?
You will be notified in your dashboard (and by email, if enabled) if editors request changes. Revise your submission as suggested and resubmit. Your work will re-enter the review process after resubmission.
Can I edit or withdraw my submission?
You may edit your submission while it is in Draft or Needs Revision status. Once submitted or under review, editing is not permitted except for revisions requested by editors. Withdrawals can usually be done before publication by contacting support.
How do I format my content for submission?
Use the provided content editor for formatting. For poetry, essays, and articles, follow any formatting instructions or guidelines listed in the submission form or guidelines overlay. The platform automatically handles most content styling.
